The personality command is used to manage the Makito X4 Decoder personality, to switch between SDI and SMPTE ST 2110. To use the SMPTE ST 2110 personality, you must install an SMPTE ST 2110 license and reboot your unit.

personality get
personality set TYPE

Action	Description
get	Displays the current personality.
set	Sets the personality that will take effect on the next reboot.

Parameters

Parameter	Default	Description/Values
`TYPE`	SDI	Switches between SDI and SMPTE 2110 input. This setting will take effect upon the next reboot. Values: `SDI` or `2110`.

Examples

# personality set SDI

Returns the following confirmation:

Personality updated successfully.
A REBOOT is required for the new personality to take effect.

# personality get

Returns the current personality:

Current Personality : 2110
