Kraken Hyper-V Quick Start Guide

This quick start guide includes the basic steps required to install a Kraken Transcoder Virtual Machine in a Microsoft Hyper-V virtual environment. For detailed configuration and operation information, please refer to the Kraken User's Guide . For the default credentials, refer to the Important Notice postcard (shipped with the appliance or available on the Haivision Support Portal).
About Microsoft Hyper-V
Hyper-V is a native type-1 hypervisor, developed by Microsoft. It provides hardware virtualization capabilities that enable organizations to create, manage, and run virtual machines at scale on x86-64 systems running Windows. It is included in Pro and Enterprise editions of Windows as an optional feature to be manually enabled.
