Activating Sentient Tracker Modules

Once you have followed the instructions to install the Sentient Tracker module, you must activate the module. 

1. From the Processor Modules List View, access the Shield AI settings by clicking the Module Settings

   Tip

   Once a Sentient Tracker module is installed, you will receive a notification prompting you to manage the Shield AI settings. Clicking manage its license will also take you to the Shield AI settings. 

2. The Shield AI Settings page opens, displaying the License Server Information. 
   

   

3. From the Activation Request section, click Generate.
4. Once the activation request has been generated, click Download to download the .json activation request file to your local machine. 
   

   

5. Share the activation request file with your Shield AI representative. For additional assistance with this licensing workflow, contact your Haivision representative.
6. After receiving the license keys, click Upload License in the Shield AI License section. 
7. Drag and Drop the license, or click Browse to select it from your files. 
   

   

8. Click Upload.
