Cellular Data Screen

The Cellular Data screen gives a summary of the data usage of all Haivision SIM cards and allows you to manage your SIM cards.

Note

This feature must be activated on your subscription. Please contact Haivision support if you would like to enable it.

Use the tabs at the top of the screen to access each of these sections. Choose from the following tabs to learn more about each of the Cellular Data screen tabs.

Consumption

The Cellular Data’s Consumption tab summaries the data usage of all Haivision SIM cards assigned to your organization.

Filtering the SIM Card Consumption List

To help manage a long list of SIM cards, there are a variety of options for filtering the list. As the various filtering options are used, the A Total Consumption value is updated, and you may export the displayed list G.

Clicking the Search icon button reveals a text input field that allows users to search the SIM card list by SIM ID.

The Region dropdown allows you to filter the list based on the region the SIM cards are associated with.

The Country dropdown allows you to filter the list by the country the SIM cards are issued in. If a region filter is selected, only countries within that region appear within the Country dropdown.

The Transmitters dropdown allows you to filter the list by the transmitters in which with displayed SIM cards are installed.

The Duration dropdown allows you to show only SIM card usage from yesterday, past 7 days, past 30 days, past 90 days, or a custom range. When selecting Custom, use the calendar controls to select a start and end date range. Click the Apply button to confirm the change.

SIM Management

The Cellular Data’s SIM Management tab allows you to manage the SIM cards available in your organization.

Filtering the SIM Card Management List

To help manage a long list of SIM cards, there are a variety of options for filtering the list. As the various filtering options are used, the list E updates and you may export the displayed list D.

The SIM card status buttons (active, suspended, or closed) can be used to filter the SIM card list.

Clicking the Search icon button opens a text box to filter the list by the SIM ID field.

C

The Transmitters dropdown allows you to filter the list by the transmitters in which with displayed SIM cards are installed.

Clicking the More options icon F opens a menu to perform various actions on your SIM cards, including suspending and reactivating a SIM card. See Managing your SIM Cards for more details.
