Updating IPX Capture Card Drivers

The topics in this section describe the process for uninstalling old IPX capture card drivers and installing new firmware.

Note

Before continuing, please note:

  • This process is only necessary if upgrading from CineNet to Command 360. For upgrades from one version of Command 360 to another, capture cards are updated automatically.

  • Contact Haivision to obtain the IPX firmware file titled Haivision_IPX_3.10.00.065.

The following tasks must be completed in order:

Setting the Bootstrapper to Start Manually
Uninstalling the Old IPX Driver
Installing the New IPX Driver
Setting the Bootstrapper to Automatic (Delayed Start)
JavaScript errors detected
