Review the following if you are experiencing issues with audio.
Audio Monitoring
To prevent audio feedback, the
Audio Monitoring icon on the Live/Record screens is only enabled if headphones are connected to the device.
Video Return/Intercom
If headphones are connected to the device, the video return can be muted or unmuted from the preview window. If no headphones are connected, the video return is muted and cannot be unmuted.
If the intercom is active, it cannot be muted from MoJoPro.
