You can monitor the stream's VMTI data from the VMTI Metadata tray. This allows you to quickly find, organize, and analyze target data in real-time.
To view VMTI metadata:
Click the Tray icon in the control bar.
Select Metadata from the top of the tray.
When available, the Metadata tray will open directly to the VMTI data, and display the related processor, target ID number, label, and confidence, as well as a list of the individual target's data.
Note
Once a target has been identified, it will remain in the target list as long as the stream's connection is maintained, even if the target is no longer in the video frame.
The metadata information updates in real time. From the VMTI metadata tray, you can:
View the processor algorithm name and version number, as well as the source system. When available, click the Processor Drop-Down to select alternative VMTI metadata streams.
View the ID Number, Label, and Confidence, of each target. The availability of these values depends on data provided by the source processor.
Focus in on individual targets:
Click the target number. This will pin the target to the top of the list, and highlight it in yellow.
Click on multiple target numbers to keep more than one target in focus at a time.
Click the target number again to unpin it from the top of the list and remove it from focus.
Click the Location iconto save the target's location as a set of coordinates.
Click the Globe icon to view the target on a map. This will open a map in your default browser, with the target location pinned.
Click to view the individual Target Data.
Click the high confidence (over 80%) or low confidence (under 80%) buttons to filter the Target List.
Click the Sort dropdown to sort the Target List by Age, Confidence, or Number in Ascending or Descending order.
Change the data layout between Target view and Data List view by clicking the Target icon or the List icon . The Data List view provides a summary of the available VMTI data and Algorithm Series information as well as individual target data.
Note
If Play ISR receives malformed VMTI data containing multiple target packs which each have the same ID, the player will provide:
A single entry related to the ID in the VMTI decoded list of data,
Multiple overlay boxes (one for each VMTI target entry).
