Welcome to the documentation for the Makito X1 Rugged Video Encoder. The Makito X1 is an ultra-compact H.265/HEVC and H.264/AVC low latency encoder for real-time streaming of MISB/JITC-compliant full motion video in demanding ISR environments.

Note

The Makito X1 Rugged Encoder series now includes an additional model with a 28VDC input (#S-MX1E-R-V2-28V-SDI1-ISR). This model is MIL-STD-704 compliant.
