EMS
Some common issues with the EMS service include:
The EMS/Cloud service is not connecting.
Try re-entering the passcode. You have to use a passcode string provided by the EMS/Cloud service to connect successfully. Use the Copy Passcode button on the EMS/Cloud service in order to ensure that you’ve copied the full passcode.
My EMS/Cloud service is unable to discover the encoder.
Ensure that mDNS is enabled on your Makito FX. Device discovery will only work if mDNS is enabled.
EMS is frequently losing connection.
Try increasing the Keep Alive time. If you are losing connection, the Keep Alive time may be too short. By increasing the number of seconds in which the device will ping the EMS server, you are more likely to maintain a stable connection.
