Articles in the Support Portal are used to present a variety of information:

  • Software Release Overview: Contains a list of current and past releases of a product, with links to Release Articles

  • Release Articles: Detailed description of a speciic software release, containing a description of prerequisites, upgrade instructions, as well as links to software, release notes, and other relevant files.

  • Technical Bulletins: Instructions on how to deal with specific technical issues.

  • Advisories: Instructions on how to deal with recalls, vulnerabilities and other adverse events.
