Returning the Eval Kit

Once the evaluation is over, we kindly ask that you pack all items in the original travel case using the checklist below (a printed copy of this checklist was shipped with the kit).

  • Packing case with foam inserts

  • Transmitter unit with 64 GB SD card + 6x SIM cards

  • Power adapter + cable for transmitter unit

  • StreamHub GO server

  • Power adapter + cable for StreamHub GO

  • 2 x 1.5m green coaxial/SDI cables + adapter

  • 2 x 1.5m black/gray CAT 6 ethernet cables

  • Battery case (blue) containing:

    • Transmitter battery

    • Battery charger and cables

Warning

Before shipping, make sure the transmitter is powered OFF by pressing and holding the power button until it shuts down.

  1. Make sure the battery and its power adapter are sealed in the blue bag.

  2. Place the blue battery bag as well as the transmitter and transceiver (along with power adapters and cables) in the foam insert slots as shown above.

  3. Put the SDI and ethernet cables in their respective pockets.

  4. The contents of the removable foam insert are yours to keep!

  5. Please remember to place the empty insert on top of the underlying equipment.

  6. Once the case is repacked, close the lid, making sure the clips are properly fastened.

  7. Affix the return labels provided and contact the freight forwarder to arrange pick-up.

When returning your Live In Five evaluation kit, please follow these guidelines to avoid damage during shipment and possible repair costs:

  • Use original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Your organization is responsible for damage if original packaging isn’t used.

  • If you have lost the original packaging and require a replacement, please contact us using the information below.
