SMPTE ST 2110 over SFP+ Output

Uncompressed video is carried as per SMPTE ST 2110-20 & ST 2110-21.
* 4x 1080p59.94/60 ingest is not supported as it is beyond the 10Gbps speed of the interface
** UHD/4Kp50/59.94/60 ingest is also not supported in ST 2110.
Uncompressed PCM audio is carried as per SMPTE ST 2110-30 (AES67).
Ancillary Data is carried as per SMPTE ST 2110-40.
* HDR metadata signaling is not supported with ST 2110.
