Generating a Diagnostic Report

To generate a diagnostic report:

  1. Go to  Menu and tap AR_help.png Help Center.

  2. Under Diagnostic Mode, tap Start.

  3. Perform the operation you are trying to troubleshoot. You can navigate away from the Help Center screen and diagnostic data will still be collected.

  4. Return to the Help Center screen.

  5. Tap Stop to complete the diagnostic. A share sheet opens.

  6. Save the file or select a share option.
