Each stream configured with a processor will produce processor logs. These logs are helpful for troubleshooting processor errors, and can be downloaded to share with Haivision support.
To view and download processor logs:
Click Streaming on the sidebar, and select the Streams tab.
From any stream panel with a configured processor, click the Processor icon to open the processor logs.
Click Download to download the logs as a text file.
Click the Processor icon again to retract the Processor Log panel.
