Downloading Videos

You can download a video as either an MP4 or TS (Transport Stream) file onto your local computer.

Note

You cannot download MP4 or TS files from a mobile device.

To download a video:

While viewing the video, click the
icon, then Download as MP4 or Download as TS.
The video is downloaded to your local computer.

Note

For multitrack video, the download is delivered in a (64-bit) .zip file that contains a file for each track. Windows 7 and up have built-in support for 64-bit zip files. However, Windows XP and Mac OSX require a third-party zip application with 64-bit support to unzip the download.
