The Falkon X2 GO is a transmitter allowing video professionals to broadcast news, sports of field events from any location around the world. This solution supports video live transmission, video return and intercom over unmanaged networks - such as 5G/4G-LTE cellular network, LAN/WAN or public internet.
Designed in a compact enclosure along with long-life internal rechargeable battery and a large set of video interfaces (SDI and HDMI), the Falkon X2 supports the best state-of-the-art H.265/HEVC and H.264/AVC hardware encoder by offering premium HD video quality up to 1080p50/60 with less data usage and low end-to-end latency.

On the transmission side, the solution includes two integrated 5G cellular modems, compatible worldwide, and MIMO antennas offering improved throughput, quality of service and range compared to conventional systems. This connectivity can be extended even further. Additional extension links (internet Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB modem) can be added, combined and controlled by our SST (Safe Streams Transport) technology. This award-winning technology is an intelligent IP bonding stack offering a set of powerful contribution network protocols. It ensures the delivery of video even in the midst of unpredictable and unmanaged network conditions by:

• Aggregating simultaneously multiple network connections,

• Dynamically adapting the video bitrate according to network bandwidth fluctuations,

• Protecting stream content,

• Supporting retransmission of lost data.
