Changing the Identity Provider

This tool allows you to switch between using a Command 360 username and password and using a third-party identity provider to facilitate SSO. For more information on using SSO with Command 360, see Single Sign-On and Active Directory Integration.

To change the identity provider:

  1. On the Command 360 Utilities main screen, select Change Identity Provider.

  2. Click Next.
  3. Under Choose New Identity Provider, select Command 360 or Third Party (SAML 2.0).
  4. Click Next.

    Enter the information needed to create an initial admin user:

    1. Enter a Username.
    2. Enter a Password.
    3. Re-enter the password.
    4. Enter a First Name.
    5. Enter a Last Name.
    6. Click Change Identity Provider.
    Third Party (SAML 2.0)

    Enter the necessary third party IdP information:

    1. Enter the Issuer.
    2. Enter the Login URL.
    3. Enter the Metadata URL.
    4. Enter the Admin Role Attribute.
    5. Enter the Admin Root Access Attribute.
    6. (Optional) Enter certificate info, including Signing Cert Location and Signing Cert Thumbprint.
    7. Verify the entered information is correct and click Change Identity Provider.
  5. After the identity provider is successfully changed, click Close Toolkit.
