Activity Automation

Automate actions that occur when the specified conditions are met.

To edit Activity Starts or Activity Ends conditions:

  1. Click the user icon in the top right and select Admin.
  2. On the side menu, click Rooms.
  3. Click the Room containing the Activity you wish to edit.
  4. In the Activities section, click the Activity you wish to edit.
  5. Click the Automation tab.

  6. Click the
     icon next to Activity Starts or Activity Ends. The Manage Actions side panel opens:

  7. Click the Add Action drop-down menu and select an action.

    Note

    • As noted in the Manage Actions panel, when an Activity ends, all displays are cleared; therefore, the Display action is unavailable for the Activity Ends condition.
    • Available actions depend on the resources available to the Activity.
    • For more information on different action types, see Behavior and Automation Actions.
  8. Repeat step 7 to add more actions.

    Click the

     icon on an action to change the order of actions or remove it.

  9. When finished, click Save Actions.
