Editing Access Groups

To edit an existing access group:

  1. Click the user icon in the top right and select Admin.
  2. On the side menu, click Account Management.
  3. Click the Access Groups tab.

  4. Click the
     icon to the left of the group you wish to edit.

  5. Click Edit Access Group.

    From here, you can:
    • Edit the Access Group Name.
    • Edit the Description.
    • Edit the Xref value.
    • Select or deselect Activities this group may access.
  6. Revise the access group as desired, then click Save.
