Changing the Preferred Streaming Address

When multiple Alpha FX IP addresses are detected, Command 360 automatically selects one to route the CineAgent stream to when using Live View in the Activity Interface. In the event that the software selects the wrong address, you can manually choose the correct one using the Settings button on the CineAgents page.

To change the preferred streaming address:

1. Click the user icon in the top right and select Admin.
2. Click CineAgents on the side menu.
   

   

3. Click the Settings button.

   

   Note

   As noted in the interface, any change made here will affect all CineAgents in the environment.

   
   

   

   
   From here, either:
   • Manually select the preferred IP address.
   • Select Let Command 360 choose the IP address.
4. Click Save Settings.
