Connection to input closed by server | The unit has been disconnected from the server by the user of the StreamHub. |
Connection lost | The unit has been disconnected from the Internet Network. Check your internet connection. |
Connection not authorized for this product | The unit tries to connect to a receiver's channel not available for this type of product. Edit the profile to connect to the receiver in the settings of the unit: select another channel (see Adding a Destination Profile). |
Error: check server profile | The destination profile is not configured properly (see Adding a Destination Profile). |

Max number of audio channels exceeded (PRO4 multi-encoding only) / Max audio channels (PRO4 multi-encoding only) | When using a PRO4 multi-encoding mode, only 16 audio channels can be used in total (maximum 4 audio channels per encoder). You can reduce the number of audio channels used per encoder. |
Missing audio signal on SDI / HDMI |

Missing signal on SDI / HDMI | Check that the source set in the video settings corresponds to the actual video input. |
No destination profile selected | Make sure to have a Destination profile selected. If you have no Destination profile configured, please see Adding a Destination Profile. |

No SD card is detected / No SD card | Make sure that the SD card is propely inserted in the unit. |
No StreamHub available | Call the MCR. Make sure to have a StreamHub connected to the Manager / Hub 360 and with an input available. |

Record not supported during low latency Live. (PRO 4 only) / No recording with ULL | Make sure that the Record profile selected is not set with a Ultra Low Latency (ULL). |
Same codec required for simultaneous Live and Record / Codecs must match | Make sure that Codecs used for Record and Live profiles are matching. |
SD card is locked | Unlock the SD card inserted into the unit. |
SD card is locked / SD card locked | Unlock the SD card inserted into the unit. |
Simultaneous Live and Recording in H.265/HEVC not supported / No Live + Rec in HEVC | Make sure that Live or Record profiles used are not both set with a H265/HEVC codec. |
The SD card is full / SD card full | Delete some content or empty the SD card. |
UHD Recording is not supported during UHD Live (PRO4 only) / No Live + Rec in UHD | When using an UHD source , Live and a Record cannot be performed at the same time. |
